ADHD & Neurodivergence Support

Virtual therapy for children, teens and young adults with neurodivergence, including ADHD and ASD, and support for parents in Toronto and across Ontario.

Managing emotions, navigating friendships and keeping up with everyday expectations can feel overwhelming. Executive functioning difficulties may affect planning, organization, managing time and following through, even when you know what you want to do.

Rejection sensitivity can make interactions with others feel especially painful, leaving you questioning whether you are liked or where you belong. It can affect friendships, self-esteem and the way you see yourself.

Sensory overwhelm, social expectations or the effort of hiding difficulties to fit in can also leave you feeling exhausted or misunderstood. Others might see you managing well without recognizing how much effort it takes.

When Everyday Life Feels Hard

I bring over 15 years of experience supporting children, teens and families, including specialized work in learning disabilities and mental health.

Using an emotion-focused approach, we can make sense of your experiences and explore what happens when you feel overwhelmed, frustrated or discouraged. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, confidence and ways of responding that fit how you think, feel and learn.

Your strengths, interests and needs guide our work. Building a relationship where you feel understood and able to be yourself is always my starting point.

How Therapy Can Help

Support for Parents

I help parents better understand their child’s experience while exploring their own emotions and responses. We can work on navigating difficult moments, setting realistic expectations and maintaining boundaries with connection.

The goal is to help you feel more confident and capable in supporting your child. Parents can attend individually or with a co-parent, without their child attending.
